"Moved from VA to IL and nothing has gone right. Originally I gave the office a great review because they were so nice. However, our premium went up and nobody explained this. I called and asked why and was basically told that was our premium. We both work from home and moved f4om the DC area. They changed our automatic payment date from the 16th to the 26th and did not tell us. I had to call and ask why pur payment was not deducted. The payment did not come out of our account on the 26th either. Then we received a past due notice. We've been with State Farm for decades and that never happened. I called the office and was told our bank account information wad not transferred over. That should've been checked when I questioned the payment date. Honestly, if one more thing goes wrong, I'm finding a new agent"
